Training at BICAF
BICAF arranges training sessions for employees and ICAEW internees of partner Organizations making them more productive for the organization. Webinars, Seminars and different workshops are held at BICAF or in the Organization for the purpose to train the employees and Internees. ICAEW internees of the organization are also sent to Accountancy firm to gain maximum exposure in the field of their work in the organization.
Different topics related to training include

Expert Guidance
BICAF arranges your meetings with the practicing Chartered Accountants to help you manage your issues raised in the field of business management and Accountancy.
Relations with other bodies
At the start of the service, BICAF can get your Organization registered as an Approved Training Employer of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales for Free. The ICAEW coordinator at BICAF would be completing all the documentation in a single meeting and would care about any future documentation.
The Department of IDG is further looking forward to support organizations getting registered with different International standards. The services will be displayed on the same page as the IDG further works on it.
Outsourcing/Consultancy Facility in Management, Accountancy, Taxation and Audit
With the specialist team in Organizational Management and Accountancy and Taxation practitioners, Organizations can outsource any of their related section to BICAF's IDG department.
Availability of Trained Internees
Along with traditional studies, BICAF provides practical questions and information as carried out in companies to its students to the extent possible so that they can perform well in the industry. BICAF requires students do internships and practical work before they can be rewarded with their certification. This allows organizations to avail free internees (or low salaried employees for up to 5 years) from BICAF. BICAF also trains these internees as per organizational requirement of work from the internees.
BICAF also provides ACCA qualified (and ICAEW's finalist students) that are bound to work with the Organization for period of 2-5 years under a contract. Organizations can develop these chartered accountants in their organization that is definitely many times cheaper and effective (in terms of understandability of Organizational operations) than hiring a Chartered Accountant.
